New Product Review : Keycals!

Teen Vogue Fashion U 2013

I haven't posted in over a month... :( but I have been busy doing some very exciting things! The weekend of October 18th-20th I was lucky enough to attend Teen Vogue's Fashion U.  Fashion U is a 3 day weekend held in New York City where you have the opportunity to meet people from around the globe, network with editors/interns, and listen to  amazing seminars held by designers, models, and other industry professionals.  Listening to Amy Astley and Andrew Bevan speak were major highlights for me!!!  I found it to be an extremely exciting three days that I would love to attend again next year.  Here are a few pictures I snapped during my weekend in NYC...

As much as I love fall I always tend to hold onto summer's floral patterns and flouncy silhouettes as long as possible.  Because of the chilly weather I threw this olive green knit cardigan over my floral jersey dress from Kimchi Blue.  These taupe suede booties from Steve Madden are my favorite right now and are the perfect transition piece when going from summer into the fall.  I'd say there are a few more weeks of floral dress weather left and I'm going to make the most of it.

 With the crisp Autumn winds finally starting to whip and leaves beginning to fall we can now begin to have fun with fall fashion.  This wine colored H&M sweater is one of my absolute favorite pieces this fall because of the rich color and knit fabric.  There is also no reason to put away your high low skirts just yet, you can pair them with boots and a chunky scarf to keep warm while still looking fashion forward.  A berry colored lip complements any skin tone especially after you say goodbye to your summer glow.
